This service is available only with a valid referral. Appointments are not required for X-ray examinations. These are performed during consultation hours as agreed upon with the referring doctor. Consultation hours can be found under the "Appointments - Consultation Hours" section.
Panoramic X-Ray - Patient Information
FREE OF CHARGE
Panoramic X-rays are provided free of charge for residents of District 6 under the following conditions:
- The patient has a valid TAJ number.
- The examination is deemed medically necessary for NEAK-funded (state-insured) care.
- The patient has a referral from a dentist or oral surgeon contracted with the National Health Insurance Fund (NEAK). The referral must include the doctor's identifying details (valid NEAK referral code and official stamp).
Operating Hours:
- Monday: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Wednesday: 8:00 to 10:00 AM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
PAID SERVICES
For residents outside District 6, private dentist referrals, or non-NEAK-funded treatments (e.g., fixed dental prosthetics), panoramic X-rays are available for a fee. Paid services are offered outside of NEAK-funded consultation hours.

- Monday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
If you prefer not to use our paid services, please consult your referring doctor for information on the service provider responsible for your area.
Fee for panoramic X-ray shots: HUF 9660
The fee must be paid on the spot, before the examination, and an invoice will be provided.
Completed X-rays are delivered on a CD.
